This covers nutrition coaching and goes over lots of information to help educate you to become an expert in nutrition. I do not just create a meal plan and menu and say good luck. We start where you feel comfortable and attack bad habits. Help you learn the psychology of eating and help you see what we can do to get rid of any emotional attachments you have to unhealthy foods.
